It gives a clean, beautiful finish with its flexible tip applicator. Our eyeliner is smudge proof which is better for oily upper lids. Besides, it's of intense black color, waterproof, affordable and also great for beginners.   • Usage: Guerniss Pen Eyeliner is very easy to use. Start from the inner corner of your eye and draw a thin line along your eyelash line to the other corner. Draw another line if you want your liner to be thick and bold. The applicator is quite fine and will help you create a wing if you wish to. Just extend the line from the outer corner and fill in as required.
